Home Campus

Home Campus is up and running to register for all future sports. No hard copies will be accepted except the E2 PHYSICAL FORM.

Dues dates to be registered for Home Campus (Florida Athletic Clearance) by:

Volleyball - Oct 14th

Track - Jan 12th

Soccer - Feb 2nd

Wrestling - March 30^th

What you need to do on home campus to be cleared:

You must upload physical form EL2 (page 4 of 4)  make sure it is signed by a parent and student.

Students must take the following classes on the online clearance and upload:

Sportsmanship

Concussion for Students

Cardiac Arrest

Heat Exhaustion

Sign all the EL3 pages (parent and student) on the online clearance

Upload a copy of your insurance card.

Once, all of this is done you will receive and email stating that your child is clear.
